Terms of sale

These terms apply to PDF editions bought from uncertainbooks.com. Paperbacks bought on Amazon are sold under Amazon's terms.

1. Who we are

Uncertain Books is a trading name of City Risk Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09573742, registered office 1 Orsett Terrace, London W2 6AH, VAT number GB 232 0575 39.

2. Payment

Payment is taken by our checkout provider. Prices are in pounds sterling. Any VAT due is worked out at checkout from your location.

3. Delivery

You receive a download link immediately after payment, and by email.

4. Cancelling

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you agree at checkout that the download starts straight away and that you lose the right to cancel once it has begun.

5. Faulty files

If your file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

6. Copyright

The PDF is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, share or resell it.
